Horton Bay has a small access ramp at the end of Lake Street.
It's a single lane ramp with loading dock and some limited parking.
I would recommend only smaller boats for this shallow water ramp.
Warm water from Horton Creek, shown below, attracts fish
including walleye and northern pike in the spring and a
salmon run in the fall. Smallmouth can be found year round
from the point shown top left around the bay to the south.
I find fish on the drop from 12 to 20 feet trolling or jigging
up or down the drop.
