Above is the entrance to Indian Lake channel from Mamie Lake. Stay to the right side of channel

The channel leading into Indian Lake is shallow, 2 to 3 foot, with many stumps and logs. Stay to the south, right side, when entering the channel, shown top. If you look close to the left you may see a loon hiding on it's nest, photo above left. Once in the steep rocky drop on the north shore of the lake, shown in the photos below, is one of the better fishing spots in the area,.
