Michigamme Michigan is a small town nestled in the northwest corner of lake Michigamme in Marquette County.
Known for the local artists you can find many unique hand made items in the downtown
area shops. Michigamme's only restaurant and lounge is Mt Shasta on US 41 in a log turn-of-the-century
building with some nice stonework inside. Parts of the movie "Anatomy Of A Murder" was also filmed here
and it's worth the stop to check out the memorabilia.

Every 3rd of July Michigamme holds it's Celebration In The Park with live bands, a boat parade,
end ending with some great fireworks. The videos where taken from the bow of our boat in 2008.
Beautiful fall colors, groomed snowmobile trails and plenty of ATV access makes Michigamme
a great year-round vacation destination.
