LONG LAKE

Connecting the north and south arms of Long Lake is
a channel called the Narrows. The entrance at either end
is shallow, about 3 feet. The center of the channel opens
up into a small pond with 6 to 7 feet of water and heavy
weed cover. It's a good place out of the wind to
introduce the kids to some panfish and bass fishing.
Mark, bottom right, and I had no trouble catching fish on crawlers.
