Have you every tried this? Take an ATV and ride the trails a while and park it along the trail and walk around a little mushroom hunting in the woods, then ride a little farther and look around a little more. It’s a great way to cover a big area mushroom hunting, but it’s a fun and exciting way to do it. But Please don’t ride off of the ATV trails. With all the State and Federal land that is around here, these woods are a great place to give mushrooming a try. Lots of hardwoods and softwoods to explore. So come on up and stay with us, you will not be disappointed. Go out mushroom hunting during the day and come back to your Lake Front Room and watch the sun set with the Eagles flying over head and the Loons singing out on the lake, then sit by our Lake Front Campfire (we supply the wood) and relax.
