Wycamp Lake Road, an unimproved dirt road, runs along the north side of Wycamp lake. There are many access spots along the road for wilderness camping or day use. The shoreline is mostly sand and the water is very shallow so it warms quickly in the early summer. There are no facilities so bring what you will need.

The north shore of Wycamp lake is a place I like to bring my dog Gunther for some fun exercise and to explore. The lake is shallow enough he will always be able to run and catch in the water.
