As the sun was starting to reach the hill tops to the west
"Phil Dirt and the Bulldozers" hit the stage. All over the bay you could
hear the music as more and more people and boats followed the tunes and
hovered around the marina and park. The band lights reflected a rainbow of
pulsating colors across the rippled bay like a beacon for all to come.
It was 1997 the last time I was here and this band, here then, plays oldies
and has their act down tight. Neila and I sat back in the boat and really enjoyed
the music and memories they brought rocking back. The marina is also a beautiful setting
for the sunset and tonight's sky was a show all on it's own. All felt good in the world as
the blurred orb slipped behind the hills to retire for the night.
But the best was yet to come!.
